Meet the team

Richard Mitchell is the CPA and owner of the business. He opened the doors to his solo CPA practice in February of 1997. Prior to that he has been a practicing CPA in Roseburg since 1977. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon Business School. Before coming to Roseburg, Richard worked for the Internal Revenue Service in Virginia.

Pam Vance is a Staff Accountant, and our Office Manager. She has been with the firm since March of 1992. Pam is also the computer network administrator and keeps our computers and software working and up to date. She is also a Notary Public.

Sandra Goodson is a Licensed Tax Consultant and Staff Accountant. She joined our company in June of 2001. She brings with her bookkeeping experience and extensive knowledge of QuickBooks. Sandra is a Certified QuickBooks Advisor and Instructor. She enjoys watching her son race motocross and camping at the track with all the other motocross fans.

Robin Olds is a Licensed Tax Consultant, Enrolled Agent and Staff Accountant. She joined our team in November of 1999. Her background in accounting and her computer knowledge makes for a great addition to our team.

Joanne Fields is our Payroll Administrator and a Notary Public. She is responsible for our payroll clients and billing department.

Kacy Altherr is our Administrative Assistant and a Notary Public. She joined our team in December of 2006.
